President Klaus signs bill raising lower VAT rate to 14 pct

Prague - Czech President Vaclav Klaus today signed into law a bill under which the lower value added tax (VAT) rate grows to 14 percent in 2012 and the VAT rates unify at 17.5 percent as of 2013.
